How to indicate your interest in an RFQ

Before you can view certain details within an RFQ you must first indicate your interest in responding. Until you have indicated your interest in responding to the RFQ you will not be able to access the Response and Documents tabs.

Indicate your interest in providing a quote

To indicate your interest in responding to an RFQ:

  1. Navigate to Requests for Quotation from your Felix dashboard
  2. Locate the RFQ you are interested in quoting
  3. Hover over the more icon beside the relevant RFQ
  4. Select View Details from the drop-down menu
  5. Click the Yes, show details button

You can learn more about how to submit your quote by reading our guide; How to respond to an RFQ.

Indicate that you are not interested in providing a quote

To indicate that you are not interested in responding to an RFQ:

  1. Navigate to Requests for Quotation from your Felix dashboard
  2. Locate the RFQ you would like to decline
  3. Hover over the more icon beside the relevant RFQ
  4. Select View Details from the drop-down menu
  5. Click the No, decline RFQ button
  6. Enter a reason for declining to respond

  • If you click the No, Decline RFQ button that will inform the organisation of your intention. Don't worry, if you change your mind later, you can always log back into Felix and proceed to quote.
  • Declining an RFQ will not send a notification to the RFQ owner.
